MT-KOMEX together with the company MT-KOMEX BH is completing the construction of the Photovoltaic Power Plant (FNE) Rešetnica, in the place of the same name in the city of Goražde.
This solar power plant in the Bosnian-Podrinje Canton is also the largest solar power plant in the system of JP Elektroprivreda BiH dd Sarajevo, which is the plant’s investor.
Rešetnica is located at a location 900 meters above sea level and a plateau with an area of 10,000 square meters, and the project itself had various challenges from the beginning that were successfully resolved.
The construction of the solar power plant was done according to the “turnkey” system, so the company MT-KOMEX took over the planning and production of the power plant model, the supply of materials, the selection of technology, the installation of panels and structures, the installation of inverters and other necessary equipment and infrastructure.
It is estimated that the solar power plant will produce an annual energy of 1,411 MWh, which is enough to meet the electricity needs of about 350 households.
For FNE Rešetnica, 2,340 photovoltaic panels manufactured by “Aiko” with individual power of 450 W were installed, while inverters manufactured by “Huawei” are responsible for converting electricity and connecting to the power grid.
This project required a special structure to be made to suit the meteorological conditions there.
“A special construction was made, which, due to the specifics of the terrain and snowfall during the winter, was additionally strengthened,” said the MT-KOMEX BH company.
